the location really worked for me. the room had all necessary items. the parking situation was very easy, and i thought the staff were helpful and friendly. it made things simple..
i noticed the mattress was too soft. it did cause some discomfort during the night.

unclean carpet faulty room card
the carpet had stains and seemed unclean i found that disappointing. my room card often failed to work i had to get it reset several times. this became quite inconvenient and time consuming it should have been addressed more proactively i felt.

the cleanliness impressed me the room was tidy and well kept. its location in the city center was very convenient. the hotel offered good amenities ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests
i found the absence of an electrical socket near the desk inconvenient it made using the kettle problematic. an adapter plug was available but its placement felt unsafe for prolonged use.
